Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Sale are effective from 21.07.2026.

1. General provisions and Internet Store details

1.1. These Terms regulate the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods from the online store mauglikingad.ee between Maugli Kingad OÜ and the Buyer.

Hereinafter referred to as the Online Store.

1.4. In addition to these Terms of Sale, legal relationships arising from purchases made in the Online Store are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia, in particular the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

1.5. The Online Store has the right to amend these Terms of Sale. Amendments are published on mauglikingad.ee and apply to orders placed after publication.

2. Prices and payment

2.1. All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include 24% VAT.

2.2. Delivery charges are added to the price of the goods. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination and are shown to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.

2.3. The Online Store has the right to change product prices and discounts. The price applicable to the Buyer is the price displayed in the Online Store at the time the order is placed.

2.4. The order can be paid for using the payment methods available on the checkout page.

2.5. Payment security is ensured by the relevant payment service provider. The Online Store does not have access to the Buyer’s bank or payment card details.

2.6. An unpaid order is not reserved and will be cancelled if the order was not paid for at the time of checkout.

3. Placing an order and entry into force of the sales contract

3.1. To place an order, the Buyer must select the desired product, choose the size or other characteristics where applicable, add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.

3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the required contact and delivery details, select a suitable delivery and payment method, and then confirm the order.

3.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Buyer is responsible for delays and additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3.4. Before confirming the order, the Buyer may review and change the products in the cart and the information entered.

3.5. The sales contract enters into force after the order amount has been received by the Online Store and an order confirmation has been sent to the Buyer’s email address.

3.6. If the ordered product is out of stock, the price or description contains an obvious error, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another valid reason, the Online Store will contact the Buyer as soon as possible.

3.7. If the Online Store is unable to fulfil the order, the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days.

3.8. Orders are processed every day from 10:00 to 19:00, except on public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays are processed on the first working day from 10:00 to 19:00.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are delivered to the Buyer using the delivery methods available at checkout.

4.2. Available delivery methods, their cost and estimated delivery time are shown to the Buyer during checkout.

4.3. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from the receipt of payment. Delivery may take longer during public holidays. The transport service provider is responsible for the speed of delivery.

4.4. After payment has been received and the order has been prepared, the Online Store hands it over to the selected logistics partner for delivery.

4.5. The Buyer must verify the correctness of the name, phone number, email address, parcel locker and other delivery details provided.

4.6. If the goods have not been delivered within the indicated time, the Buyer should contact the Online Store at info@mauglikingad.ee.

4.7. If the package is damaged upon receipt, the Buyer should, where possible, document the damage and notify the Online Store as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. The Consumer (Buyer) has the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason.

5.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

5.3. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.

5.4. To return goods, the Consumer must send a withdrawal request within 14 days after receiving the goods to info@mauglikingad.ee.

5.5. The request must include:

  • the Buyer’s name;
  • order number;
  • name and size of the returned product;
  • date the goods were received;
  • contact phone number or email address.

5.6. After receiving the request, the Online Store will send the Consumer the necessary return instructions.

5.7. The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the day the goods were received.

5.9. Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean and dry surface. The shoes must not show signs of wear, dirt on the soles, damage or other signs of use beyond ordinary fitting.

5.10. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and suitability of the goods.

5.11. The goods must be returned with all components, accessories and documents supplied with them.

The goods must be returned:

  • in the original packaging;
  • clean;
  • unworn;
  • without damage.

6. Return costs and refunds

6.1. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to the Online Store.

6.2. The Consumer is responsible for choosing a suitable return method and for delivering the goods back to the Online Store.

6.3. The Online Store recommends using a tracked delivery service for returns.

6.4. The Online Store is not responsible for a return shipment that is lost or damaged before it is handed over to the Online Store.

6.5. If the Consumer withdraws from the entire order and does not wish to collect it from the parcel locker, the Online Store does not refund the transport costs paid when the goods were ordered.

6.7. If the Consumer returns only part of the order and the original delivery cost did not depend on the number of items ordered, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

6.8. The Online Store refunds the money within 14 days from the day the returned goods arrive at the warehouse.

6.10. Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the original payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.

6.12. If the Online Store sent the Consumer an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, justified return costs and the costs of remedying the defect are borne by the Online Store.

7. Product exchange

7.1. A product may be exchanged for another size, colour or model if the requested product is available.

7.2. The Buyer must notify the Online Store of the wish to exchange a product by email at info@mauglikingad.ee.

7.3. The Consumer bears the costs associated with returning the exchanged product and delivering the replacement product, unless the Online Store and the Consumer agree otherwise.

7.4. If the desired replacement product is not available, the Buyer may choose another product or withdraw from the contract and request a refund.

7.5. Exchanging a product does not extend the statutory 14-day withdrawal period unless the Online Store and the Consumer agree otherwise in writing.

8. Complaints procedure and defective goods

8.1. The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity of goods sold to the Consumer that becomes apparent within 1 year from the date the goods were handed over to the Consumer.

8.3. The Consumer must notify the Online Store of a defect no later than within two months after discovering it.

8.4. If a defect or its first signs are discovered, further use of the product must be stopped and the product must be sent to the Seller (Maugli Kingad OÜ) for warranty repair. If the product is heavily worn and no warranty repair was carried out when the first signs of the defect appeared, the Online Store has the right to refuse warranty repair due to irresponsible treatment of the product.

NB! The warranty does not apply if the Buyer repairs the shoes independently without first agreeing the matter with Maugli Kingad.

8.5. A complaint must be sent to info@mauglikingad.ee and include:

  • the Buyer’s name and contact details;
  • order number or another document confirming the purchase;
  • name and size of the defective product;
  • as precise a description of the defect as possible;
  • the time when the defect was discovered;
  • photos or video of the defect, where possible;
  • the solution requested by the Buyer.

8.6. The Online Store responds to a written complaint within 15 days of receipt. If more time is required to review the complaint, the Online Store will inform the Consumer of the reason for the delay and the new response deadline.

8.7. In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer may first request repair or replacement of the goods if the chosen remedy is possible and does not cause unreasonable costs for the Online Store.

8.8. Repair or replacement is carried out for the Consumer free of charge, within a reasonable period of time and with minimal inconvenience.

8.9. The Consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if repair or replacement is impossible, the Online Store has not remedied the defect within a reasonable time, the repair or replacement has failed, or the defect is sufficiently serious.

8.10. The Online Store is not responsible for defects arising after the goods have been handed over as a result of the Buyer’s actions, including improper use, care, storage, natural wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions for use.

8.11. The statutory right to submit a complaint applies regardless of whether a manufacturer’s or Seller’s warranty exists.

9. Processing of personal data

9.1. The Online Store processes the Buyer’s personal data for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer service, accounting obligations and protection of the Online Store’s legitimate interests.

9.2. The Online Store may transfer personal data necessary for order fulfilment to payment service providers, logistics partners, accounting or IT service providers and other service providers to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service.

9.3. The Online Store uses the Buyer’s contact details to send promotional messages and newsletters only where there is an appropriate legal basis. The Buyer may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

9.4. More detailed information on the processing and storage of personal data, the Buyer’s rights and the use of cookies is provided in the Online Store’s privacy policy.

10. Force majeure

10.1. The Online Store is not liable for failure to perform an obligation if it is caused by force majeure circumstances beyond the Online Store’s control and whose occurrence or consequences could not reasonably have been prevented.

10.2. In the event of force majeure, the Online Store will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and take reasonable measures to fulfil the order or find a suitable solution.

11. Dispute resolution

11.1. If the Buyer has a complaint regarding the Online Store, the Buyer must first contact the Online Store:

11.2. The Online Store and the Buyer will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.

11.3. If the Consumer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the Consumer has the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.

11.4. Filing an application and having the dispute reviewed by the Consumer Disputes Committee is free of charge for the Consumer. Information about the conditions and procedure for submitting an application is available on the website of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.

11.5. The Consumer also has the right to seek protection of their rights in court.

11.6. These Terms of Sale and contracts concluded in the Online Store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
